Yes. Wappx connects to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). Businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number; no unofficial apps or QR-code workarounds are used.

Meta charges WhatsApp message fees directly to the business’s own WhatsApp Business Account. Wappx adds 0% markup to Meta’s fees; customers pay only their Wappx subscription, priced in UAE dirhams (AED).

Yes. New workspaces start with a free trial and no payment card is required. Paid plans are paid in AED through Ziina, one billing period at a time, with no automatic renewal.

The Wappx interface is available in English, Arabic and Urdu. The AI assistant understands and replies in English, Arabic, Urdu and Roman Urdu (Urdu written in English letters).

Yes. Wappx sends approved template messages to opted-in contacts selected by tags, can schedule campaigns in Dubai time, and reports sent, delivered, read, replied and failed messages, explaining Meta errors such as 131049 in plain language.

The AI assistant can be off, suggest replies for agents to approve, or auto-reply to unassigned chats using only the business information the company provides. It hands the conversation to a person when it cannot answer and pauses when a team member replies.

Wappx uses HTTPS, encrypts access tokens and secrets at rest, supports two-step verification, applies role-based permissions and records sensitive actions in an audit log. Wappx staff can view a workspace’s conversations only when the customer grants time-limited support access.
