Automation flows send automatic replies when a customer writes a keyword like hi or price — messages, photos, files, reply buttons, tags, hand-over to your team and the WhatsApp Store.

- Open Automation flows and pick a starting point: Greeting menu, Product info, Auto-reply to every message or Start from scratch.
- Type a flow name, e.g. Shampoo info.
- Click Create & open builder.
- In Your flows, the switch turns a flow on or off.
- Open builder to edit it. Duplicate copies it; the ▲▼ arrows set which flow wins when several match.
