The WhatsApp Store step connects your flows directly to your store — for example a greeting menu with a Perfumes button that opens your perfume category.

- Drag the WhatsApp Store step onto the canvas.
- Connect a button (or Start) to it, and click the step.
- Choose what to show the customer: the whole store, one category, one product, or their cart.
- Choose the category (or product), and optionally a message before it.
- Click Save.
From here the store takes over: add to cart, checkout and pay.
