Can I send campaigns to any number?
You should only message customers who agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from your business. Wappx records opt-in and opt-out for each contact and excludes people who replied STOP.
Why did Meta block some marketing messages?
Meta limits how many marketing messages one person receives from all businesses. Wappx explains these errors in plain words and lets you resend after 24 hours.
Do you charge extra per message?
No. Meta bills message fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Wappx adds 0% markup.
