- Sent — accepted by WhatsApp. Delivered — reached the phone. Read — opened (if read receipts are on). Replied — the customer answered.
- Failed — Wappx shows Meta’s reason in plain words.
“Healthy ecosystem engagement” (error 131049)
Meta limits how many marketing messages a person receives from all businesses. It is not a problem with your account. Wait at least 24 hours before using Resend → only failed; Wappx skips customers held in the last 24 hours. For order and booking updates use a Utility template instead.
