- Open Campaigns → New campaign (or click Use in campaign on a template card).
- Choose the template and the WhatsApp number to send from. Fill in variables and upload the header image or document if the template has one.
- Choose the audience: all contacts or selected tags, and the consent rule (we recommend only contacts who opted in).
- Check the recipient count and your remaining monthly limit, then Send now or Schedule a date and time (Dubai time).
Contacts who replied STOP or were deleted are skipped automatically.
