Set up the webhook

The webhook is how Meta tells Wappx about new messages, delivery and read receipts, and template approvals.

1. After connecting, Wappx shows your personal Callback URL and Verify token on the WhatsApp page.
2. In your Meta app go to WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook and click Edit. Paste the Callback URL and Verify token and press Verify and save.
3. Click Manage next to Webhook fields and subscribe to: messages, message_template_status_update, message_template_quality_update, template_category_update, phone_number_quality_update and account_update.
4. Back in Wappx the webhook shows as verified. Send a WhatsApp message to your number from another phone — it should appear in the Inbox within seconds.

Troubleshooting

• Verification fails: copy the URL and token again without spaces, and make sure your site uses HTTPS.
• No messages arrive: check the messages field is subscribed and that the app is in Live mode.
