Connecting a Meta catalog lets customers browse a real product list with photos inside WhatsApp, use WhatsApp’s own cart, and see your catalog on your WhatsApp business profile.
Connect

- Paste your Catalog ID (Commerce Manager → your catalog → Settings: the number under the catalog name).
- Click Connect catalog.
- Follow the short guide: create the catalog (type E-commerce) in Commerce Manager, give the system user connected to WhatsApp access to it, connect, then send your products.
Keep it in sync
- Shows the connected catalog, how many products are visible and what customers see.
- Send products to Meta — uploads your Wappx products (with photos, prices and stock). Send again after changes.
- Bring products from Meta — imports products that are already in your Meta catalog.
- Change how products are shown in Store settings (multi-product list, carousel or catalog button).
Products are matched by SKU (retailer ID). Disconnect stops using the catalog; your products stay in Wappx.
